We want every pup and human to be 14/10 happy with their gear, so if your order isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition—free of extra dog hair—to qualify for a full refund.

Print your prepaid shipping label and securely pack the items in their original packaging or a similar mailer.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the goods, we will issue your refund or ship your new gear.
